About me

I strongly believe in a person's autonomy and that psychoanalysis and psychotherapy can help an individual to see their choices clearly, improve their capacity to make those choices for themselves and to regain or achieve a sense of security, self-esteem and self-actualization.

I use insight-oriented psychotherapy and psychoanalysis to help identify patterns in a person's life that may be contributing to their current difficulties, as well as to help improve the nature of their interpersonal communication and achieve a more fulfilling life.

I work with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, stress, loss and grief and people coping with trauma/PTSD. I am psychoanalyst who works with adults, couples and young adults (18-21) and I see people in person and via secure videoconferencing.

In addition to psychotherapy, I offer Clinical Supervision and Immigrant Evaluations. I am a bilingual English and Spanish speaker.
