Fernando Tripodi, MSW
Psychoanalyst
About Me
I strongly believe in a person's autonomy and that psychotherapy and psychoanalysis can help an individual to see their choices clearly, improve their capacity to make those choices for themselves and to regain or achieve a sense of security, self-esteem and self-actualization.
I work with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, stress, loss and grief and people coping with trauma/PTSD. I also help people who experience difficulties with acculturation and adaptation.
I use insight-oriented psychotherapy and psychoanalysis to help identify patterns in a person's life that may be contributing to their current difficulties, as well as to help improve the nature of their interpersonal communication and achieve a more fulfilling life.
I offer psychoanalysis, psychotherapy, couples therapy, clinical supervision and immigration evaluations
